Echo has over 15 years of experience working in the Big Four accounting firms and venture-backed start-ups.

Echo has extensive knowledge in tax planning and compliance for companies and founders, including complicated tax issues for start-up companies, stock option and compensation planning, international tax structure and foreign compliance.

Echo is a licensed CPA in California and earned her Master of Accounting degree from University of Southern California. Echo speaks fluent Mandarin.

ANTHONY SANCHEZ

Managing Partner

Anthony has diverse work experience across accounting firms, venture-backed start-ups, and enterprises.

Anthony focuses on financial reporting, technical accounting policies and procedures enforcement, ERP implementation and system automation. Anthony also assists early-stage start-ups in financial modeling, fundraising strategy, due diligence and deck review.

Anthony is a licensed CPA in California and earned his Bachelor's degree in Accounting from San Jose State University.
